Postage rates will be displayed when going through the checkout process on our website and will cover both the UK and European destinations. For competitive delivery quotes outside of Europe please contact us and we will endeavour to find you the best rates available.
RETURNS / GUARANTEES POLICY
Our guarantee means that if you are not happy with your purchase (if the goods are faulty or defective), you may return the product unused, and in the condition that it was received, within 14 DAYS for replacement, exchange or refund.
In addition to this, all motor kits and battery packs come with a 1 year limited warranty (chargers 6 months), based on the products being used correctly.
We reserve the right to impose a 10% restock fee for customers who purchase an item and then change their mind (aka buyers remorse) once the order has been processed and dispatched. Postage costs would also be non refundable in such instances.
