Refund Policy

REFUNDS

Our guarantee means that if you are not happy with your purchase (if the goods are faulty or defective), you may return the product unused, and in the condition that it was received, within 14 DAYS for replacement, exchange or refund.

In addition to this, all motor kits, battery packs and car charging cables come with a 1 year limited warranty (battery chargers 6 months), based on the products being used correctly.

If you have placed an order with us, though no longer want to proceed with your purchase, card processing fees would unfortunately be non refundable. This is due to the card processing company no longer refunding transaction fees. If the order has already been dispatched, postage costs would also be non refundable in such instances.
