Bafang BBS02B 48V 500W Mid Drive Motor Kit

All I can say is wow! Fitted this to an old heavy hybrid, can use pedal assist and throttle at same time so best of both worlds. Mixed riding on roads and cross country trails averaged 15mph purely on throttle topping out at 31mph. Buy the gear shift sensor as a must, a decent draper crank puller, same for the bottom bracket, they are really tight in there, and the bafang tool. You'll also be advised to get a decent cable cutter for the gear cable. Excellent service from Eclipse, extremely well packed and good communication. Best thing I ever bought in my life, wish I'd gone for the 750 watt unit but having said that, the 500 is everything I had hoped for and more. Took about 4 hours to install.
