- Connectors come with attached rubber covers, which should be used when the connectors are not in use.

- Avoid getting moisture into the connector pins as the vehicle will not charge when moisture is detected. Exposure to excess moisture can result in corrosion to the connector pins, which would not be covered by the 1 year warranty.

- Where possible store the charging cable in a clean dry location.
