  • Do I have to order online?
    Ordering over the internet is the safest and most secure method of paying and therefore we generally prefer to accept orders placed online. You can however email through your order when paying by cheque.
  • Can I change my order?
    If you place an order and subsequenly change your mind please let us know as soon as possible. If the goods have not yet been dispatched you can amend your order.
  • Can I track my order?
    Once goods have been dispatched we will forward tracking details so you can watch for your delivery coming through.


  • Is there a guarantee?
    Motor kits and LifePo4 battery packs come with a 1 year limited warranty. The warranty does not cover water damage to the motor, running the motor on higher voltages than specified and wrongly wiring the motor to the battery.
  • How do I make a return?
    Should you have a problem or issue with any products you have purchased please use the contact us form in the first instance to make us aware of the situation.
  • How do I return goods?
    If we cannot resolve the issue via email / telephone communications we may require you to return the goods back to us. You will need to package the item/s carefully to protect from damage in transit. If the nature of the return falls within the warranty there will be no charge for repair and subsequent postage costs for returning item/s back to the customer. Due to our competitive pricing policy the customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning defective products back to us.
  • Can you confirm you've received my return?
    Once we have received your returned item/s we will confirm receipt by email and keep you updated on returns process.


  • What cards do you accept?
    Our website is setup to accept payment via Paypal and Worldpay, which offer a safe and secure way to pay for goods. The following credit / debit cards can be used;
    Visa / Delta / Electron, MasterCard / Eurocard, PayPal Top Up Card, Maestro, Solo, American Express
  • What currency do you accept?
    Payments should be sent in British Pounds (GBP)
  • Can I pay by any other method?
    If required payment can be sent by cheque or bank transfer. You will still however need to create a customer account so we have all your details for sending goods out. Please use the 'Contact Us' page if you would like to send payment by cheque or bank transfer.
  • When will I be charged?
    Sending payment through Paypal / Worldpay will charge to your account immediately however it may take a few days to show up on your statement. Paying by cheque will result in a slight delay in the goods being sent until funds have cleared.


  • Where do you deliver to?
    We currently deliver goods within the UK and Europe
  • How much does delivery cost?
    Postage rates displayed on our website apply to delivery within mainland UK. Please contact us for competitive delivery rates within Europe.
  • Which carrier do you use?
    We use several courier brokers to ensure that we continue to offer competitve delivery rates both within the UK and Europe.
  • Will I have to sign for my delivery?
    The majority of parcels we dispatch are tracked and will require a signature to confirm receipt of goods.
  • Can someone else sign for my delivery?
    Yes anyone at the delivery address will be able to sign for receipt of the goods.
  • I'm not going to be in when you deliver my parcel. What will happen?
    Should no one be at the designated address to accept delivery a card will be left to advise of the attempted delivery and the parcel company will try again the next day. The couriers contact details will be provided should there be any queries.
  • What time will my delivery arrive?
    Unfortunately there is no specific delivery time for goods to arrive.


  • I need more information about a product
    Please check the product listing carefully and if you still can't find the information you require please us the 'Contact Us' form.
  • Will you be getting any more in?
    We try to keep product lines well stocked however do run out of items from time to time. Please contact us to find out availability of specific products.
  • What different size motors kits are available?
    We currently stock 200, 250, 360, 500, 650, 720 and 900 watt motor kits.
  • What voltage do the motors require?
    Motors between 200w - 650w require 24v battery. 720w motor operates on 36v. The 900w motor can operate on either 36/48v battery.
  • Do the motors kits come with a controller?
    200w - 500w motors have a controller which is built into the motor housing. 650w - 900w motors come with an external controller box.
  • Can the motor kit be supplied with a thumb throttle?
    The kit is supplied as standard with a twist throttle however we can sent out the thumb throttle option if required. Please specify this at checkout should you prefer thumb throttle.
  • What type of battery do you recommend for use with the motor kits?
    We would recommend that the motor kits are used with good quality LifePo4 battery packs offering high discharge rates.
